San Colombano DOC

The San Colombano registered designation of origin (DOC) covers 56 hectares that straddle the border of the provinces of Lodi and Pavia on this particular hillside site. It covers the municipalities of Graffignana, Sant'Angelo Lodigiano, Miradolo Terme, Inverno Montelone and San Colombano al Lambro. Created in 1984, it produces 1700 hectolitres of white wine with mainly the Chardonnay grape variety and reds with the Barbera, Croatina and pinot noir grape varieties.
