Notified 24 hours in advance, Danilo crosses the Po River between Corte Sant'Andrea and Soprarivo, where his home is located. This is a unique opportunity to chat with Danilo over a drink and fill out his large notebook where he notes all the information about the pilgrims he has met over the past 20 years. In case of emergency, he can accommodate a pilgrim but, in general, he advises very usefully on the itineraries and accommodations of the region.
