The farm is located about 600 metres above sea level, in the heart of the hills of Oltrepò Pavese, where the vines are cleared and the pastures, wheat and alfalfa fields and deciduous forests are replaced.
The farm breeds about 70 Chamois des Alpes goats with a lot of know-how and passion. The milk is processed raw on the dairy farm and allows the production of fresh and ripened cheeses of great notoriety. A visit to the farm and possible tastings can complete the knowledge of these typical mountain products.
